"I was stuck in a work-out rut when I started training with Connor. I focused too much on cardio and my weight would fluctuate slightly but I was never able to get past a certain point.
I also suffered with ongoing pains in my shoulder and neck which never went away despite repeated physio visits. Connor was able to pinpoint the weaknesses which were causing my pain and helped me to work on those muscles to increase strength where I needed it most.

"I’ve been going to Capel Fitness for just over a year now and I couldn’t recommend it more! Connor provides great programs and is incredibly motivating whilst you’re going through the workouts and pushes you to your limits.
I’ve dropped body fat and have gained muscle which was one of my aims. I am now able to do unassisted pull ups which I never thought I would be able to do, and have recently squatted my own body weight which is a big improvement from where I was just over a year ago.

"I’ve been personal training with Connor 2-3 times a week since July 2015 – one of my aims was to get into shape so that I could do a triathlon and a marathon. Between training and following his advice on nutrition, I have dropped 10 kilos, completed a triathlon and a half marathon in 2017 and I am hoping to do 2 marathons in 2018 (Paris and Dublin).
I wouldn’t have made it this far without him, Connor has been very motivating and good at gauging how far he can push me.
