Can’t do a 2 minute plank?

You are lacking core strength and are likely to get lower back pain somewhere down the line. It’s simple and effective and you can do it nearly anywhere! 4-8 sets of 30 seconds every second day. Even every single day if you want. 

If you can’t hold 30 seconds start off with 4-8 sets of 15 seconds and build it up from there.  within weeks you will be able to hold 2 minutes for fun.
